| Derby Design is composed of Ron and Susan Derby, a husband and wife team specializing in helping businesses of all sizes create strong first impressions and lasting connections with customers. Our services can help you brand your company, communicate new information, launch a website, produce periodical newsletters, and much more.
Ron is a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago with a B.A. in Graphic Design. His clean design style is appealing for its classic lines and contemporary feel. Ron can take your scribbles or ideas and turn them into logos, websites, newsletters, ads, flyers, posters, and other digital or printed materials. With more than a decade of design experience, he is able to work with clients and apply his knowledge and talent to generate appealing, unique artwork.
Susan is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Journalism. She writes original content for websites, newsletters, magazine articles, annual reports, educational courses, and other materials. She also edits drafts for technical grammar and punctuation, or she can rework existing content for a fresh approach. Susan has worked in both print and digital communications, and she knows how to use each method to its fullest potential.
Together, we can take your project from start to finish – from concept to a completed piece you will be proud to show off. We listen carefully to your needs and apply our experience to create something uniquely yours. Whether you use our talents together or separately, Derby Design is ready to take your project to the next level!
Derby Design is a proud member of the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce.

Being a good neighbor is important to us, so we try to make community service a part of each week.
Together, we volunteer at the Owasippe Scout Reservation, and we have adopted 2 miles of township roadway near our home. We also participate in the Adopt-A-Reader program at Shoreline Elementary in Whitehall.
In addition, Ron is a member of the ambassador group at the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and Susan volunteers at Heartland Health Care Center, where she runs a ladies' knitting club. |
